Request a Network Unlock Code

Some devices may be locked to Vodafone, which means they can't be used on another network. To use a non-Vodafone SIM card in your device you will need your network unlock code (also known as a NAC code). Remember, if you're coming to Vodafone from another operator and your device is locked, ask you old operator for your network unlock code.

Important: before you complete the form you should test your device with a non-Vodafone SIM card to see if it's currently locked.
